We echo the sentiments of the 2017 APPG research, 'Creative Health, the Arts for Health & Well-being,' that artistic engagement holds the key to addressing health inequalities and mitigating the impacts of adversity. Music, as a form of self-expression, has the power to alleviate chronic distress
